Lead daily operations and manage dental office staff to ensure efficient workflows and patient satisfaction. | Requires 2+ years managing a dental practice and supervising a team with knowledge of dental billing and regulatory compliance. | Overview Dental Office Manager - Endodontics Specialists of Missouri We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our specialty dental practice. You’ll support providers and team members, ensure efficient workflows, and help create a positive experience for every patient. We value teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient care in a welcoming, team-focused environment. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm Responsibilities - Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice - Supervise and support front office and administrative team members - Manage patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and collections - Monitor office performance and implement strategies for efficiency and patient satisfaction - Develop team schedules and maintain proper staffing levels - Train and onboard new team members - Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication - Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements - Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-functioning environment - Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner - Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice - 2+ years of experience in supervising and leading a team - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Experience with dental practice management software - Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications - Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient scheduling - Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations We Offer - Competitive Compensation - Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays - Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts - Life & Disability Insurance - Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs - Additional Voluntary Benefits - And More! The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 /annually based on full-time employment.
