Also, accepting recent graduates (May 2025 or later). JOB SUMMARY The Client Operations Intern will support the Client Services team by contributing to daily operations, reporting, documentation, and client experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and update client-facing reports (benefit enrollment metrics, SLA tracking). • Assist with quality assurance checks on deliverables prior to distribution. • Support coordination of client meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, action item tracking). • Document SOPs for recurring tasks and consolidate internal knowledge bases. • Run and validate standardized reports; support data integrity initiatives. • Draft client communications and assist with survey/feedback efforts. • Conduct research on client-specific or industry trends. • Contribute to special projects including performance comparisons and RFP prep. • Complete a capstone project focused on operational efficiency, presented to leadership. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus. • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
