Why This Role Matters The Director, Trade and Distribution (T&D) reports to the Senior Director, T&D and is responsible for business development, account management, and trade operations across assigned retail, wholesaler, and distributor partners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for these accounts, managing relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with key metrics and KPIs. The Director drives cross functional collaboration with Commercial, Legal, Supply Chain, Government Affairs, and Medical Affairs to grow product access and sales. They engage directly with executive and senior leaders across Retail Pharmacy, Wholesalers, Distributors, and Strategic Accounts on both commercial and public interest business.
