The position is responsible for the overall coordination of multiple online course development activities, serving as a program manager for online course production, updates, and maintenance. The Instructional Designer I must be able to navigate the higher education academic environment successfully. Coordinates the production and/or acquisition of instructional materials, including video, graphics, animations, and interactive media elements. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Application Development, the Application Developer and Integration Specialist is an experienced full-stack developer who will work to support the University’s business processes by effectively and efficiently applying technology solutions to deliver custom applications and integrations between university systems. This position is involved in customizations of and integrations between the University’s intranet, portal, online learning, identity management, business systems, and e-commerce environments. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience building and maintaining forms and applications running on a ColdFusion back-end using both Oracle and Mongo databases. Expertise with front-end technologies including HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS is also required. The candidate will be expert in various data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, delimited and fixed-length data and with using web API’s to exchange data between systems. Experience and willingness to work in low-code/no-code cloud integration tools like Informatica Intelligent Cloud is required.
