The Area sales manager will work an assigned Geographic territory in conjunction with Regional Director of Sales to define, develop, and sell Elo solutions within the Region by targeting retail, QSR, hospitality and healthcare end user markets.  The Area sales manager will focus on small to medium size End User opportunities while also working to develop strategic reseller partners within the region by establishing and maintaining both end customer and partner relationships for region. Leads the Elo Touch Solutions products and services sales effort and account management responsibilities for assigned region.   Job Purpose & Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Regional Director of sales on a territory plan that optimizes coverage in a manner that covers strategic and transactional end user opportunities while also ensuring world class partner support and development.   * Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting volume requirements, documenting projects in Salesforce.com, and guiding sales motions from identification through close.  * Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.   * As an Area sales leader, recommend new product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks, and collaborating with peers across the company and industry. * Partner cross functionally with key internal organizations such as Global Product Management, Marketing, Supply and Demand planning, & Channel sales leadership to ensure a “top box” experience for all Elo partners and customers.   * Travel to all states in territory to develop the region; BC, WA, OR CA, ID, NV, AZ, MT, WY, UT CO (West). * Ideal candidate should be located within the West Coast region near a larger metropolitan area with an international airport. * Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Minimum Qualifications: * 3+ years of systems or technical sales experience * 2+ years of managing a sales region and quota. * Familiarity of solution sets within point of sale, digital signage, kiosk integration, and software sales preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Management or related field required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance, this key individual will manage various responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, software administration, revenue operations, and process development. As a Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst, you will enhance the processes for Elo by evaluating and organizing multiple data sources, and providing direct support to our Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operational teams. Business & Sales Analysis: • Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to deliver insights into revenue, product performance, and sales funnel activity. • Report and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and decision-making for Regional Sales and Finance teams. • Support demand planning cycles, monthly forecasts, and quarterly board reviews with data-driven insights. Dashboard & Reporting Development: • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to various business functions. • Automate and standardize reporting processes for recurring sales, financial, and operational metrics. • Perform regular data quality checks and ensure documentation and testing of BI applications. Cross-functional Collaboration & CRM Management: • Partner with IT, Sales Leadership, and Finance teams to align reporting tools, metrics, and planning assumptions. • Support and enhance CRM (Salesforce) processes by entering data, managing data governance, and collaborating with IT to ensure CRM systems add business value. • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reporting scalability, CRM system adoption, and sales process optimization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field • At least 4 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a financial analysis role; commercial finance preferred. • Must have experience with Qlikview, SAP, & PowerBI.
