The FRC is part of a statewide network of community-based programs that provide multicultural parenting education, support groups, and early childhood services. Our mission is to strengthen families, foster meaningful connections, and promote active community engagement. The Project Coordinator will oversee all operational aspects of the RISE Project at the Family Resource Center, ensuring effective program delivery and coordination. RISE is a statewide initiative that partners with community-based organizations to strengthen their capacity to deliver culturally and linguistically responsive problem gambling education, resources, and navigation support to immigrant families across Massachusetts, increasing awareness of gambling-related risks and helping families access the services they need. Responsibilities: Oversee all operational aspects of the RISE Project at the Family Resource Center. Supervise and support the Family Connector team through regular supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure alignment with RISE goals. Manage program reporting, data collection, and documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with funder and agency requirements. Coordinate and oversee service delivery, including family intakes, assessments, care coordination, and strengths-based support for youth and families. Develop, implement, and schedule FRC workshops, support groups, and community events aligned with the Center’s mission. Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with community providers, schools, DCF, courts, and other key stakeholders. Represent the RISE Project and host agency at community meetings, coalitions, and stakeholder forums. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in youth services and community-based programming. This role involves teaching youth independent living skills, executing treatment plans and supporting and engaging youth in community, educational, medical, behavioral health, and vocational activities. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with DYS, DEEC, contract, and agency policies. Assist youth in the development and execution of treatment and crisis plans. Work with collaborators to identify and secure community resources and support. Serve as an active member of the youth’s treatment team. Create an accountable environment through unannounced and announced visits. Train youth on independent living skills in life domains. Create a daily schedule for the youth to include vocational or educational opportunities, recreation, maintenance of apartment and connections to support. Uphold professional boundaries and model ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity. Maintain certifications in all required training. Qualifications: BA/BS in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Effective communication, collaboration and organizational skills. Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and emergency contact access.
