About the Role We are seeking a Global Compliance Manager to help build and scale our compliance program as the Company continues its global growth. Reporting into the Legal Department, this role will be responsible for implementing and operating key elements of the Company's compliance framework, with a focus on ethics and integrity, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade compliance, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical, business-oriented compliance programs that enable growth while managing risk. The successful candidate will work closely with Legal, People, Finance, GTM, Operations, Security, and other business stakeholders to embed compliance into day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Compliance Program Operations Help implement and maintain the Company's global compliance program. Support periodic compliance risk assessments and compliance program reviews. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidance materials. Track regulatory developments and support implementation of compliance requirements. Ethics & Integrity Manage the Company's conflict of interest disclosure and review process. Support implementation and maintenance of the Code of Conduct. Assist with gifts, entertainment, and ethics-related compliance matters. Promote a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization. Trade Compliance Support sanctions and export control compliance processes. Assist with restricted-party screening and escalation reviews. Partner with Legal and business teams on cross-border compliance matters. Help develop practical controls and guidance for global operations. Anti-Corruption & Third-Party Compliance Support implementation of anti-corruption and anti-bribery controls. Conduct and coordinate risk-based due diligence on third parties, including distributors, consultants, agents, and partners. Assist with government interaction reviews and related compliance processes. Maintain third-party compliance records and monitoring processes. Investigations & Reporting Manage compliance intake and reporting processes. Conduct or support internal investigations into compliance concerns. Track investigations, corrective actions, and remediation efforts. Training & Awareness Coordinate compliance training programs and employee certifications. Develop communications and awareness campaigns. Support targeted training for higher-risk functions and geographies. Monitoring & Reporting Develop compliance metrics and dashboards. Track key compliance activities and trends. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership. Support audits, assessments, and program effectiveness reviews. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal operations, investigations, risk management, or a related field. Experience supporting compliance programs in a global organization. Familiarity with anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, conflicts of interest, and corporate compliance principles. Experience developing policies, procedures, training, or compliance processes. Strong project management and operational execution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-growth, emerging technology company. Experience conducting internal investigations. Experience managing third-party due diligence programs. Familiarity with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC sanctions, and export control regulations. Experience with compliance management, screening, or case management tools. Compliance-related certifications (CCEP, ICA, CRCM, or similar). Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. About the role You will own the digital-first post-sales motion for ElevenLabs' digital segment - the 1000+ early-stage and growth-track accounts that are building with ElevenLabs but haven't yet reached the complexity that demands full managed coverage. Your job is to make sure these accounts activate, adopt, stay, and grow - not through 1:1 relationships, but through the systems, sequences, and signals you build. This role doesn't exist yet. You're building it. That means designing the engagement playbook from scratch. In this role you will: Design and own ElevenLabs' digital CX playbook for scale accounts - trigger logic, lifecycle sequences, in-app messaging, and automated health monitoring, built from the ground up Build and maintain the health scoring model for digital accounts; define what at-risk, dormant, and breakout-track looks like in product data Partner with RevOps to wire up the tooling - Claude, Clay, Lemlist, Salesforce - automating what can be automated and surfacing what needs human attention Own NRR and retention KPIs for the digital segment Requirements Experience in Customer Success, Lifecycle, RevOps, or Growth in a B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML environment - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment AI-native: you use AI tools in your daily workflow and have replaced at least one manual process with an automation that runs without you A track record of owning commercial outcomes on a digital book - NRR, retention, and expansion driven by automated motions and product signals, not coverage density Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships Experience using product usage data to spot risk and opportunity - health signals, activation milestones, usage floors - and acting on them before they surface in a renewal conversation Fluency with the tools of digital CX - Intercom, Clay, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong - you don't need to master all of them, but you know how they fit together Preferred Experience at a product-led growth company - in PLG environments, the product is the primary driver of acquisition, activation, and expansion Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space Experience building digital engagement programs across a long-tail account base (100+ accounts) Location This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in the United States. The ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required. You will join during a period of high growth for the IT team as the company expands its headcount, global footprint and opens new offices. You will work closely with the Security and Operations teams to keep our endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools secure, while making sure people stay as productive as possible with the tools we have. You will lead the IT Engineering team, balancing hands-on technical work with mentoring, project planning, and hiring. Requirements Experience leading or mentoring an IT Engineering or Technical Operations team, including project planning and hiring. Strong hands-on background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or a DevOps-adjacent role, with an automation-first mindset and experience managing enterprise scale IT systems Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) with tools such as Okta and Google Workspace Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g. Jamf, Kandji, Fleet) across a device fleet. Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) with a proven track record of automating compliance checks, device configuration, and other IT security tasks. Experience managing office network equipment (e.g. Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti), including office buildouts. Proven ability to maintain compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 (or similar) standards, paired with a friendly, end-user-focused attitude. Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment. Bonus Experience implement corporate security controls / previous security role experience Strong hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and secure network environments, including modern practices such as Zero Trust networking. Experience with OSquery and Santa Terraform or other infrastructure as code experience. Open source contributions (e.g. a tool you built to automate something).
