In this role, you will be a member of the Mobility Division's Leadership Team who are responsible for leading a group of labs that support the automotive markets as well as battery markets. You will work with the members of the Mobility Team to develop plans, seek approval, and execute projects On Quality, On Time, and On Budget. This role reports to the VP of the Mobility division. Responsibilities Work with the Mobility Leadership Team to prepare Capital Expenditures and Plans for approval. Complete sophisticated analyses and make data-based recommendations Prepare presentations Lead Project Execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the business Negotiate with outside vendors Obtain multiple bids from contractors Work with contractors on commercial projects Track and prepare project updates Present project updates to the divisional as well as business unit leadership Skills / Qualifications A bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or a similar field, with an MBA preferred A minimum of 3 year's experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools Experience working with contractors on commercial projects Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings Great computer skills and knowledge of PMO software tools, such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI, MS Project and MS Access Strong program coordination and administration abilities. This role owns the revenue portfolio across their division, including new business generation, customer retention, share of wallet growth, and strategic account execution. Working closely with other senior leaders, they translate Element’s commercial strategy into regional execution, ensuring every cluster delivers against its revenue and customer goals. The Divisional Sales Director plays a key role in developing leadership capability, embedding commercial excellence, and driving alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and other enabling functions. Element Warren provides complete full-vehicle, subsystem, and component testing for automotive, transportation, aerospace, defense, commercial, and industrial customers. The laboratory’s capabilities span climatic and environmental simulation, fuels and fluids testing, polymer and composite analysis, materials testing, corrosion, vibration, hydraulic and dynamics testing, and advanced hybrid and electric vehicle battery testing. Salary: $20- $22/hr DOE Responsibilities • Review incoming aerospace purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company capabilities, pricing, and terms. • Verify all technical data such as part numbers, revisions, drawings, certifications, specifications, and special process requirements. • Ensure compliance with Prime, FAA, and/or DoD customer requirements. • Confirm customer flowdown requirements and coordinate internally with Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Operations as needed. • Identify discrepancies or unclear requirements and proactively communicate with customers for clarification or revision. • Log, track, and archive all reviewed POs and related documentation per internal procedures. • Assist in maintaining accurate ERP system data including customer records, PO status, and delivery schedules. • Support audits and customer quality inquiries related to PO documentation or order entry.
