We need a product marketer who gets healthcare and can help us tell that story. The Role You'll own go-to-market strategy for our AI and platform products. That means figuring out positioning, running launches, enabling sales, and making sure the market understands what makes us different. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and sits at the center of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams. You'll need to understand both the strategic "why" and roll up your sleeves on execution. One day you're building a competitive battlecard, the next you're shaping roadmap priorities based on market feedback. Healthcare is complicated. EHRs are complicated. Medical billing is really complicated. We need someone who can translate that complexity into clear value propositions that resonate with physicians, practice administrators, and health system buyers. What You'll Do Own positioning and strategy Define how we talk about our products (especially our AI capabilities) in ways that land with healthcare buyers Run competitive intelligence and market research to inform product strategy Build buyer personas and market frameworks that actually get used Be the internal expert on where healthcare SaaS is headed and how we fit in Run launches Lead cross-functional teams through product launches, from strategy to execution Build launch plans that coordinate across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships Create the narratives, proof points, and customer stories that make launches successful Actually track what works and what doesn't Enable revenue teams Make sales collateral that sellers will actually use: pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, objection handling Train Sales and Customer Success on new products and competitive positioning Partner with our Enablement team to build scalable ways to keep everyone current (we move fast) Create content that matters Work with Demand Gen and Content to develop campaigns, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership Write (or heavily edit) everything from one-pagers to blog posts to keynote content Help establish Elation's voice in the market Build the function As we grow, help define what world-class product marketing looks like at Elation Document what works, create repeatable processes, level up the team What We're Looking For Must have: 5–8+ years in marketing with at least 3–5 years in product marketing Healthcare experience (SaaS, health IT, med devices). You need to understand the buyer, the regulatory environment, and clinical workflows Track record of successful launches with real business impact Strong writing and communication skills. You can make complex things simple Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize ruthlessly Self-starter who doesn't need a ton of direction Comfort with AI tools. Elation’s Technical Solutions Engineer is both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder. They are comfortable discussing integration needs with a customer CEO and sketching out an API flow on a whiteboard. They deliver technical wins and strong product fit with customer accounts, building trust in Elation solutions and setting customers up for success during implementation and beyond. In this role, you will play a key part in how Elation and our customers embrace AI and automation—using our Developer platform, data, and AI-powered capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes for clinicians, staff, and internal teams. Role and Responsibilities Provide peer-to-peer mentorship and coaching to Technical Solutions Associates, with a focus on building skills in Elation’s Developer platform and AI-powered capabilities (e.g., automation patterns, data-driven decision support). Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on the capabilities of Elation’s Developer platform and AI-powered tools to support customer success, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, data warehouse access/querying, and automation services that power Clinical Insights and workflow optimization. Own and maintain technical workflow and sequence diagrams as reference architectures for customer integrations and common internal use cases, ensuring they are optimized for reliability, security, and scalability. Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and sample implementations that promote self-service, reuse, and intelligent automation where appropriate. Advise on and, when needed, create complex queries, reports, and data pipelines leveraging the hosted database and analytics tooling to answer strategic business and clinical questions. Lead or advise customer pilots and proof-of-concept implementations, including those that leverage AI to reduce manual work for clinicians and staff and demonstrate clear business and operational impact. Partner with customers on technical design, integrations, and product features to best utilize Elation’s platform to meet their business, technical, and delivery needs, including change management and adoption planning. Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams, systematically capturing technical feedback to suggest improvements across the platform, documentation, and internal tooling. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services to design and deliver data- and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and time-to-value for both practices and internal teams. Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement around AI and automation within Customer Services (e.g., identifying internal workflows that can be streamlined with AI, sharing wins and learnings, and contributing to internal AI playbooks). Professional Qualifications 5+ years relevant professional experience supporting the growth of a software platform Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Experience with python, java, C# or other popular server side languages Experience building with RESTful APIs Experience with SQL queries including basic JOINs and subqueries Experience using modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to design, debug, and document technical solutions more efficiently.
