What You Bring • 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, including leading global, multi-functional teams across field, partner, events, or customer marketing. • Consistent track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams and mentoring future leaders. • Executive-level experience supporting both product-led growth and sophisticated enterprise sales motions in global SaaS or cloud-native environments. • Deep understanding of modern B2B GTM strategies and the enterprise technology landscape. • Strong cross-functional influence—you’ve partnered with Sales, Alliances, Product, and Customer Success to drive aligned outcomes. • Operational rigor and budget accountability—you set clear goals, track performance, and lead with transparency. • High velocity, high accountability, high impact—this is how we work at Elastic! Bonus Points • Experience marketing to technical audiences including DevOps, SREs, and Security professionals. • Familiarity with open-source go-to-market models and developer-first ecosystems. • Experience building and scaling customer advocacy and executive programs globally. • Understanding of partner ecosystems, marketplace strategy, and hyperscalers co-marketing. #LI-JM5 Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.
