Technical Implementation Manager

EdiaAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$120K - 200K a year

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Edia’s platform, coordinating technical integrations and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful district launches. | Extensive experience in SaaS implementation management, strong technical fluency with APIs and data architectures, and excellent project management and communication skills. | About Edia Our mission is for every child to have an exceptional experience in school. Edia is a Series A technology startup revolutionizing K-12 education with AI-driven solutions. We develop software to improve math education, tackle chronic absenteeism, and improve intervention processes for school districts. Today, Edia supports 200+ districts across the country (e.g. New York City, Denver, Fulton County, San Francisco, etc.). The Problem We Need You to Solve Edia serves 200+ school districts—including New York City, Denver, Fulton County, and San Francisco—with AI-powered solutions for chronic absenteeism, math coaching, and MTSS workflows. We’re in the middle of launching our District Intelligence Platform (DIP), which unifies data from SIS, LMS, attendance, and behavior systems into a single system of action for student success. Every new district means a complex, high-stakes integration. We’re connecting to PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, and a long tail of legacy SIS platforms. We’re configuring Clever and ClassLink rostering, standing up SFTP data feeds, importing benchmark and end-of-course exam scores, and aligning to district-specific data models—all on a school-year timeline that doesn’t slip. A missed go-live date means a semester of lost student outcomes. We need someone who can own that end-to-end: from contract signature to successful launch, across every technical and organizational dependency in between. The Role You’ll be our first dedicated Technical Implementation Manager—a foundational hire on the Customer Solutions & Implementations team, reporting to our VP of Customer Success. You’ll serve as the quarterback across CS, Product Engineering, and district stakeholders, balancing technical execution with strong project management and change-management instincts. This is not a single-product onboarding role. You’re implementing a multi-product platform with multiple integration points, in districts with complex IT environments, competing priorities, and tight timelines. You’ll be technical enough to partner deeply with our engineers on data architecture, and strategic enough to navigate district politics and procurement realities. What You’ll Do Own Customer Implementations Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract signature through successful go-live, managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams. Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer success criteria—with clear accountability for school-year launch deadlines. Technical & Integration Leadership Partner with Product Engineers on SIS data integrations (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, etc.), Clever/ClassLink rostering, SFTP feeds, SSO configuration, and platform setup. Translate district technical environments and constraints into clear implementation plans. Serve as the technical point of coordination between Edia and district IT teams. Hands-on coding is not required, but you should be deeply comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and system architectures with engineers. Cross-Functional Orchestration Receive structured handoffs from Sales (SOW, technical requirements, district champion introduction) and manage a clean transition to the CSM at go-live (adoption metrics, training completion, configuration documentation). Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and CS to remove blockers and drive progress. Own the internal status cadence for active implementations. Business & Change Management Understand district goals, procurement timelines, and operational realities to tailor implementation approaches. Guide customers through rollout best practices and early adoption. Proactively identify risks to adoption or value realization and drive mitigation plans before they become blockers. Scale the Function We’re scaling from a handful of concurrent implementations to 3–4x that volume in 2026. You’ll design the playbooks, tooling, templates, and success metrics to make that possible. Provide input into when deeper technical engagement (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer support) is required. Help define the long-term shape of the implementation team as we grow. Qualifications Required 4+ years in implementation management, technical consulting, solutions delivery, or engagement management within a SaaS or technology environment. Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations (enterprise or public sector a plus). Strong technical fluency—comfortable discussing data integrations, system architectures, APIs, and data mapping. Hands-on coding not required. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex workstreams on deadline. Exceptional communication—able to align technical and non-technical audiences, from district IT directors to superintendents. Strong business judgment and customer empathy. Nice to Have Experience in K–12, EdTech, or public-sector implementations—especially with SIS platforms (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy) or rostering tools (Clever, ClassLink). Consulting background (Engagement Manager, Technical PM, or similar). Experience helping define or scale a new implementation function from the ground up. Exposure to Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) or embedded technical services models. Work Authorization: We are currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization for all jobs. If things change in the future, we'll be sure to update this section. We appreciate your interest in Edia. Senior Demand Generation Manager

Compensation$100K - 150K a year

Lead and build multi-channel demand generation campaigns with strategic experimentation and data-driven insights to grow pipeline and revenue. | Proven B2B SaaS demand generation experience with hands-on campaign skills, data-driven mindset, and growth orientation. | About Edia Our mission is for every child to have an exceptional experience in school. Edia is a Series A technology startup revolutionizing K-12 education with AI-driven solutions. We develop software to improve math education, tackle chronic absenteeism, and optimize MTSS processes for school districts. Today, Edia supports 150+ districts across the country (e.g. New York City, Miami, Fulton County, Denver, etc.). About the Role At Edia, we’re rethinking how learning happens, and that same spirit of discovery fuels how we approach marketing. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on demand generation leader who’s eager to explore what modern B2B marketing can become when you have the freedom to experiment, follow the data, and learn fast. This isn’t a “run the playbook” kind of role. It’s about building the playbook. You’ll have autonomy to test emerging channels, pilot new ideas, and discover what actually drives results for our audience. You’ll work with a leadership team that values curiosity, supports bold ideas, and funds thoughtful experimentation, not just quick wins. What You’ll Do You’ll have real creative and strategic freedom: • Explore and experiment: Try new approaches, whether it’s AI-powered personalization, community-driven programs, intent-based plays, or something you invent along the way. • Run meaningful experiments: Design and measure campaigns that reveal what works for our ICP and what doesn’t. We value insights as much as outcomes. • Shape the strategy, not just execute it: Your learnings will directly influence how we define and scale demand generation. • Build toward hybrid growth: Help us evolve demand generation to support both sales-led and product-led motions. This is an emerging space where few have real answers yet. • Grow with the team: You’ll start as an individual contributor, but this is a foundational role. As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to build the team, budget, and programs around what you’ve proven works. You'll own and drive: • Design and scale a multi-channel demand engine across digital, email, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns, prioritizing what the data shows is working. • Build an experimentation framework to quickly test and learn from new channels, audiences, and creative ideas. • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on ICP insights, optimize funnel performance, and report on what’s driving real pipeline. • Explore what product-led growth means for demand. Design campaigns and nurture flows that activate and expand self-serve users. • Share what you learn. Create reporting and insights that help leadership decide where to double down. • Shape the function as it grows. Help define how we invest in people, tools, or partners to scale what works. Qualifications • Proven B2B SaaS demand generation experience, with measurable pipeline and revenue impact. • A point of view on what’s working now. You stay current, test new approaches, and separate hype from substance. • Hands-on campaign execution skills in platforms like HubSpot, Clay, and paid media tools. You enjoy turning ideas into live programs. • A data-driven yet experimental mindset. You measure what matters but aren’t afraid to move when signals are early. • A growth mindset. You’re energized by the unknown and see learning as progress. Bonus points for: • Experience at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company that's challenged traditional marketing approaches • Familiarity with product-led growth motions or self-serve funnels • A POV on where B2B marketing is headed (and what's overhyped) Why Join Edia? • High-impact role where you’ll shape the narrative of a fast-scaling ed-tech AI startup. • Work closely with leadership and GTM teams to drive market success. • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package. • Hybrid-friendly work environment with flexibility on remote work. Work Authorization: We are currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization for all jobs. If things change in the future, we'll be sure to update this section.
