We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operational management, governance, and performance of the Enterprise Security Operations program. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cyber Operations, this role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across program management, quality assurance, financial oversight, and operational reporting. The Operations Manager will ensure security programs operate efficiently, projects are delivered on schedule, and leadership maintains clear visibility into performance, risks, and resource utilization. This role requires a highly organized and strategic operator who can translate leadership priorities into structured execution while ensuring operational discipline across teams and initiatives. Responsibilities * Operational Program Management: Oversee day-to-day operational coordination across security programs, ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with leadership priorities. * Project and Initiative Oversight: Manage major operational initiatives, transformation efforts, and cross-team projects to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved. * Quality Assurance and Operational Governance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure operational consistency, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement across programs. * Financial and Budget Support: Support financial planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation to ensure operational programs are managed within financial targets. * Operational Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that provide leadership visibility into program health and effectiveness. * Process Development and Standardization: Design and implement standardized operational processes, documentation practices, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability. * Leadership Support and Strategic Execution: Serve as a key operational partner to the Senior Director of Cyber Operations, translating strategic objectives into structured execution plans. * Risk and Issue Management: Identify operational risks, dependencies, and issues across programs, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when necessary. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between cybersecurity teams, enterprise technology teams, finance, and business leadership to ensure alignment on operational priorities. * Operational Planning and Resource Management: Assist with workforce planning, operational forecasting, and resource coordination to support program growth and evolving operational demands.
