We’re building a strong social media presence to go viral on Instagram and TikTok. Position Overview: We’re seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to oversee our offshore content execution team and guide the overall social strategy. This is a supervisory role — you won’t be editing/posting every video, but you’ll ensure that content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and optimized for growth in U.S. markets. Responsibilities: • Review & approve weekly TikTok/Instagram content (captions, creative, hashtags). • Ensure tone, humor, and style align with U.S. drinking culture & brand voice. • Provide strategic direction (themes, campaigns, influencer suggestions). • Oversee weekly reports on engagement, reach, and growth. • Escalate/handle sensitive comments, PR issues, and brand compliance. • Ensure age-gating (21+) and alcohol advertising guidelines are followed.
