What You’ll Do: • Deliver GenAI solutions to customers as Professional Services engagements • Build on cloud services to quickly build and deploy • Build API’s to surface GenAI and data • Build data pipelines to process and index data for AI to consume • Provide oversight of delivery throughout implementation • Ensure that a quality solution is delivered in a timely manner, within budget, and to our client's satisfaction • May collaborate with Sales and Account Management team • Contribute to the development of internal best practices as well as new innovative consulting services offerings that we can take to market The work you will perform for our business · Provide outstanding support to clients and internal teams, and continuously improve our processes · Maintain awareness of industry trends and evaluate the applicability of new software technologies to platform development efforts · Provide leadership of teams and business priorities by building relationships, listening, consulting, and influencing outcomes in both client delivery and sales · Create thought leadership and technical content such as blogs, white papers, and marketing collateral to build our marketplace eminence and support sales conversations Requirements • 10+ years of IT experience • 5+ years of Consulting • 5+ years of experience with Cloud services • 5+ years of experience building with next.js or react in typescript • 5+ years building microservices • 2+ years writing python • DevOps • NoSql database • Sql Database • Vector database • Tailwind or Bootstrap css • Langchain • OpenAI or Bedrock or Vertex • Cloud certifications • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment Critical Success Factors · Strong oral and written skills. · Excellent documentation skills. · Excellent time management skills · Ability to set priorities and meet obligations in a timely manner · Extremely detail oriented · Ability to maintain the highest levels of productivity with minimal management oversight

About the Role: We are seeking a Miscrosoft Copilot Studio Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent automation solutions, integrate AI capabilities (such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI), and help empower business users through low-code development combined with traditional scripting. Key Responsibilities: · Integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI services with Power Platform to enhance productivity and automate workflows. · Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate). · Collaborate with business users and stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code/no-code solutions. · Provide documentation, training, and support for developed solutions. Requirements Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. · 1+ Familiarity with Copilot Studio · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
