Minimum Requirements What will help you succeed • HS diploma or GED. • 5+ years of experience in closing large enterprise software sales. Preferred Requirements • Leadership Experience: You have a few years of enterprise technology sales management experience and feel comfortable building and mentoring a team of successful sales hunters. • Sales Cycle Mastery: You have experience with the entire sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, and closing—using a repeatable process. • Methodology Expertise: You possess MEDDIC experience and bring extensive consultative selling methodologies in managing sales cycles (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC). • Track Record of Success: You show a history of closing business opportunities consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota, with proven experience in generating sales revenue through new logo wins. • Drive & Execution: You are methodical, action-oriented, results-oriented, and confident in attaining revenue and performance goals. • Local Market Knowledge: Strong existing network and understanding of the enterprise market landscape in the Southeast, specifically out of the Atlanta hub. Own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of internal enablement events that combine cross-functional collaboration, applied product usage, and real-world customer scenarios. Design Agendas that Drive Real Outcomes • Build event agendas that directly support D1 priorities • Structure sessions to achieve specific outcomes such as alignment, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration not content delivery alone. • Design interactive formats that enable participants to work together, solve problems, and understand how D1 functions connect. Deliver & Facilitate High-Impact Sessions • Facilitate sessions, workshops, and group discussions, creating energy, engagement, and participation. • Act as the on-site lead during events, ensuring flow, timing, and overall experience deliver against objectives. Align Content & Speakers Across D1 • Work with stakeholders across D1 to source and shape content for events. • Ensure content is relevant, consistent, and aligned to D1 priorities and messaging including alignment with Sales narratives and enablement cycles. Capture Outcomes & Improve Future Events • Capture insights, feedback, and outcomes from events to continuously improve format, content, and impact. Travel This role requires regular travel to support both internal and customer-facing events, including on-site planning, delivery, and execution. Travel will vary depending on event cadence but will typically include participation in regional and global and regional events. This is a remote eligible position. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Detroit, MI will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week) out of our Dyntrace office. All candidates will be required to work EST hours.
