About the Role: As a Senior Power Platform/SharePoint Developer & Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and optimization of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through process automation, data-driven dashboards, and scalable solution design, while collaborating closely with stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop robust Power Platform/SharePoint solutions with Office 365 integration. Architect enterprise-level SharePoint solutions, focusing on optimizing information taxonomy and security. Automate business processes and develop data-driven dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Manage day-to-day technical challenges, communicating risks and issues to senior leadership. Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable cloud solutions. Lead the entire project lifecycle for SharePoint migrations and application development, from initiation to closure. Create new SharePoint applications and forms using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with stakeholder requirements. Provide technical advice and consultation to senior management on IT policies and programs. Required Professional Skills: 5+ years of professional experience creating and optimizing business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft O365 / Cloud Technology stack, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics, Teams, and Azure. Proficiency in Web Development Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, XML, ASP.Net. Experience with Database Systems: SQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
