Recruit and promote youth programs across multiple regions, develop engagement plans, conduct outreach and enrollment strategies, collaborate with community partners, and support ministry growth. | Requires valid driver's license, reliable technology access, experience in recruiting or enrollment preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, passion for youth development, and availability for travel. | • Job Overview* Community Engagement Coordinator Reports To: International Director and Directors of Strategic Partnerships Status: Contracted Location: Remote with travel as required Position Overview: As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and promoting our youth program within the Tampa division and across other national territories, including Orlando, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Knoxville, Greensboro, San Diego, and NYC. This role requires an energetic individual who is passionate about empowering youth, working in family-centered environments, and fostering strong community connections. You will serve as a vital link between families, the community, and our program. Regional advancement opportunities available. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a joyful, passionate, and dedicated individual with a heart for people and evangelism, combined with expertise in youth programming, community engagement, recruiting, leadership and administration. This person will be excited to support our ministry, serve our team, and help spread the Lord’s message as we work together to fulfill His mission by serving families around the world. Key Responsibilities: • Execute weekly, monthly, and division-specific outreach and enrollment strategies to support overall program growth. • Develop and adapt engagement plans based on community needs and organizational priorities that may shift on a regular basis. • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including: • Community events • Cold calling and follow-ups • Campus and school partnerships • Social media and digital outreach • Promote program details and events to families and community partners in person, via phone, and online. • Schedule ongoing partnership meetings • Achieve and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment and enrollment goals. • Collaborate with local organizations, schools, churches, and businesses to build referral pipelines. • Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure alignment with program mission and culture., • Maintain consistent communication with upper Management, Directors and team members to ensure timely execution of enrollment strategies and reporting. • Vision cast and assist with new programming, events and initiatives within the ministry Qualifications • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable Phone, Internet, and Computer Access • Experience in recruiting, enrollment, and/or sales is a plus. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage reporting responsibilities effectively • Passion for youth development and teamwork is required • Familiarity with youth programs and youth engagement activities • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to expansion needs. • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. • Proficient in using Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, and project management tools. • Must be available for periodic travel during peak season. Schedule & Compensation • Flexible scheduling based on event calendar • Commission-based pay during first 30–90 days • Hourly negotiations begins after introductory period • Growth potential , top performers typically promoted within first year to salary + bonus + commission • Jumpstart with 250–500 leads provided Why Join Us? This role ensures that all parties have seamless transportation and accommodation experiences while adhering to budgets, timelines, and brand standards. For 2026 our youth programs are expanding in 10 markets nationwide which include Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Knoxville, Greensboro, San Diego, and NYC. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a joyful, passionate, and dedicated individual with a heart for people and evangelism, combined with expertise in travel logistics. This person will be excited to support our ministry, serve our team, and help spread the Lord’s message as we work together to fulfill His mission around the world. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate travel itineraries for T3 staff and all parties (airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations). • Manage event logistics including shipments of garments, equipment, and promotional materials. • Research, negotiate and secure event and programming venues • Develop and maintain detailed travel schedules and ensure all participants receive confirmations and updates. • Negotiate rates with transportation and lodging vendors to stay within budget. • Monitor travel changes and resolve issues such as delays or cancellations promptly. • Communicate with the event team to align on arrival times, rehearsal schedules, and event day transportation. • Ensure compliance with international travel requirements (for events in Belize, Paris and additional locations etc.). • Track expenses and prepare travel and logistics reports post-event. • Maintain good budgeting and reporting Qualifications • Previous experience in event logistics, travel coordination, or hospitality management preferred. Open to periodic travel. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes. • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. • Proficient in using booking platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools. • Must be available for PRN scheduling with potential for part-time hours during peak season.
