Lead IBP processes and tactical planning to align strategy with execution in a high-growth startup environment. | Experienced hands-on supply chain leader with deep IBP expertise, strong tactical planning skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. | Job Title: Supply Chain IBP Expert Location: Texas Compensation: $250,000-$350,000 base salary + equity Company Overview We are partnered with a high-growth startup supply chain software company building next-generation solutions to help organizations plan, align, and execute across complex, fast-moving supply chains. Our customers are market-leading operators who need software built by people who truly understand how supply chains run in the real world.
