Job Description The Senior Director, Franchise Brands Analytics will be responsible for supporting franchise brands within Driven Brands with actionable analytics that solve customer challenges while driving incremental sales. This role will oversee a team of analytics professionals that leverages transactional, demographic, media, market, and other data sets to answer key business questions and provide data-driven recommendations that drive incremental sales. This role will help elevate analytics at Driven Brands to enable data-driven decisions across the organization that identify areas to win, quantify impact, and uncover untapped opportunities to better service our customers at the right places and times that propels the business forward. The ideal candidate is an experienced team leader who is solutions oriented that builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to leverage data, answer strategic business questions, gain alignment and buy in from cross-functional working groups, and make recommendations to the business to maximize revenue opportunities. Responsibilities • Leads a team that produces ad-hoc analyses to guide decision-making on design of future strategies and products by identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop options and implement solutions. • Lead a high-performing analytics team; mentor and develop talent while driving a data-first culture that is curious, collaborative, and drives impact. • Identifies new datasets that enhance insights capabilities and partners internally to productionalize the data for insights and analysis. • Oversee analytics for multiple brands while balancing competing priorities to deliver strategic analysis that solves key business challenges and provides actionable recommendations. • Presents to executive leadership and franchisee groups to drive decision making by developing collateral that articulates complex details into simple, persuasive, and thoughtful stories. • Strong knowledge of business principles to lead management on strategic initiatives and guide analysis. • Support business KPI reporting and analysis including creating requirements for standardized reports that are implemented within Driven’s BI platform Qualifications • Must be able to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis, without sponsorship • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study • Proven track record of driving impact through strategic, actionable analytics • 10+ years of experience in business analytics, retail analytics strongly preferred • 5+ years of leading and mentoring analytics teams • Demonstrated ability to support multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to spec while providing superior service • Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Including intricate knowledge not only of advanced formulas (such as index-match), but also excel problem solving abilities to extract analysis and insights out of data dumps. • Advanced proficiency in SQL to write complex queries to extract data from multiple relational databases • Proficiency in machine learning including Python or R nice to have • Practical experience in analyzing data, program metrics and performance metrics for the purpose of pinpointing business opportunities • Working knowledge of applied statistics • Experience with partnering with IT to onboard and automate data sources • Possess strong financial modeling, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong listening, presentation, and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel • Ability to translate data into actionable initiatives and present a complete business plan to senior level management • Excellent planning, organization, presentation, time management and work ethic • Self-motivated, proactive, business savvy, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. #DBCORP Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range $160,900.00 - $287,300.00 Compensation Frequency Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
