We value people who take pride in their work, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This role is best for a generalist designer, who can own design across all teams at Dripos. It is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a small, agile team, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is excited to make a real impact—while having fun along the way. We're looking for someone who can truly embody the Dripos brand and strike the right balance between speed and quality. Given the nature of a lean team, the ability to flex across other areas of marketing is a strong plus. You’ll work closely with, and report directly to, the VP of Marketing. What You’ll Do Brand Identity & Visual Direction Define and evolve the visual identity of the brand, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography, and imagery style. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Align the visual direction with the company’s mission, product positioning, and target audience. Creative Leadership Eventually, lead and mentor a small team of designers, illustrators, and/or freelancers. Provide artistic and strategic direction on design projects, campaigns, and visuals. Review and critique work, ensuring a high standard of execution and alignment with brand voice and strategy. Execution & Hands-On Design Be comfortable creating graphics, mockups, marketing materials and decks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Marketing team to create campaign visuals, ads, landing pages, and social media assets. Product team to ensure UI/UX aligns with brand and storytelling. Founders/executives to support investor decks, presentations, and internal documents. Social and Community Manager to develop visuals that support messaging. It is important to note here that this will be a very scrappy work environment and there are no current creative processes in place. We need someone who welcomes and is excited by this culture. Marketing & Campaign Design Oversee design and production of creative assets for the following (inclusive of but not limited to): Product launches Social media Email marketing Paid ads Events or conferences Website and blog Ensure consistency and alignment with campaign goals. Product & UI/UX Design Support Collaborate with product to ensure a cohesive user experience that reflects the brand’s aesthetics. Offer feedback or direction on app/website visuals, onboarding flows, and in-product messaging. Creative Asset Management Organize and maintain a central repository for design assets. Ensure all teams have access to up-to-date visual materials. Creative Strategy & Planning Work with marketing/product teams to develop creative strategies for new launches, brand storytelling, and user engagement. Experimentation & Innovation Stay on top of design trends, emerging tools, and competitor visuals. What We’re Looking For 6-10+ years of relevant experience is preferred Track record of building like brands Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment Ability to turn ideas into physical art Strong verbal communication skills Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Salary Range: ~$115-140K, based on experience Benefits Full benefits, 401k, mental health stipend Paid lunches and late-night dinners Learning stipend Vision and dental benefits Unlimited PTO Relocation support for NYC

We're looking for smart, creative, and highly organized individuals who are eager to build alongside us. We value team members who take pride in their work, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about managing all of Dripos social media channels and cultivating a coffee culture online and IRL. This person should enjoy working on a small, agile team and is ready to make an immediate impact—while having fun along the way. Specifically, you should be comfortable in front of the camera, conducting interviews with business owners, and creating engaging content for our social media channels and blog. You’ll work closely with, and report directly to, our VP of Marketing. What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns. Identify platform-specific content strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc. Content Creation & Curation Write copy, design graphics, and produce multimedia content (in partnership with creatives), with a focus on showcasing coffee shop owners, their menus, producers and more. Curate relevant third-party content to keep the feed engaging and informative. Collaborate with influencers in the space to enhance content. Manage the relationship from end to end. Create blog posts and videos for the Dripos blog. Posting, Scheduling & Monitoring Manage daily posting across platforms using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native scheduling tools. Monitor and respond to all comments on our social media channels promptly and accurately. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant conversations to build rapport. Platform Management Maintain brand voice and visuals across all accounts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, etc.). Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices. User Community Building Nurture relationships with early adopters, superfans, and advocates. Facilitate and moderate online communities (e.g., Discord, Slack, Reddit, or private forums). Event Coordination Organize or promote community events, AMAs, product launches, webinars, or user meetups. Engage with the coffee community online and IRL Feedback Loop Act as the bridge between the community and the product team. Gather feedback, monitor sentiment, and report insights regularly. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversions. Use tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics. Analyze metrics that are tracked and think critically about how to improve upon them and grow following / engagement in the space. What We’re Looking For 1-3+ years of relevant experience is preferred Track record of managing high-quality social feeds Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment Ability to turn ideas into content Strong written and verbal communication skills Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability, willingness and excitement around travel in the United States Salary Range: ~$60 - 80K, based on experience Benefits Full benefits, 401k, mental health stipend Paid lunches and late-night dinners Learning stipend Vision and dental benefits Unlimited PTO Relocation support for NYC
