Location: San Francisco (onsite) / some roles are NYC or USA (remote) What We're Looking For: * 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership * AI-forward mindset, you build with and on top of AI as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought * Full-stack capability with comfort owning architecture, infrastructure, and deployment * Experience shipping production systems at scale with real users and real stakes * Strong technical instincts, you push for simpler designs, good observability, and strong engineering culture * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in early-stage environments About the Roles: * End-to-end ownership across product, infra, and architecture * Work directly with founders and small teams, no layers, no bureaucracy * Ship fast, iterate, and have a real say in technical direction * Build AI-native features, integrations, and systems from the ground up A note: several of these teams are specifically looking for engineering leaders who want to return to being hands-on individual contributors.
