Greet clients, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and assist with lead follow-ups in a med spa setting. | Previous med spa or medical office receptionist experience preferred, knowledge of ICD-9 codes and aesthetic terminology a plus, excellent communication and customer service skills required. | Our growing med spa is looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a med spa or aesthetic office and a passion for providing excellent client care in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle client follow-ups • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area • Assist with lead follow-ups and inquiries Qualifications: • Previous receptionist experience in a med spa or medical office preferred • Knowledge of ICD-9 codes is a plus • Familiarity with aesthetic services and terminology strongly preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable If you have med spa front desk experience and enjoy creating a positive client experience, we’d love to hear from you.
