Strong understanding and practical experience with the use and implementation of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting. Experience coordinating with offshore and vendor teams. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities. Familiarity with compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements in digital commerce. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, and Grafana.
