For more information, visit www.domino.ai What we are building Our Product Marketing team at Domino serves as the beacon for the customer's perspective and leads the charge in articulating Domino's narrative. We define and mold our marketing initiatives, fueled by ambitious objectives to enhance our go-to-market triumphs and outperform in the competitive landscape. The team's responsibilities include the creation and execution of compelling positioning strategies and messaging, establishing thought leadership, and persuasive content that is used in sales, customer success, and, of course, marketing. What your impact will be • Be the Technical Storyteller – Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling content that showcases Domino’s technical advantages, unique differentiators, and real-world use cases to help the market understand why Domino stands out • Shape the AI/ML Conversation – Stay ahead of key industry trends—such as Generative AI and Responsible AI—and establish Domino as a thought leader in the evolving AI landscape • Educate & Inspire – Deliver a continuous stream of high-impact content, including hands-on labs, demos, videos, blogs, training sessions, and webinars, to help data scientists and ML engineers unlock new possibilities with Domino • Influence Product & Strategy – Work closely with product and engineering teams to guide the roadmap, support product launches with technical collateral, and ensure our sales teams have the right tools and knowledge to drive adoption • Position Domino for the Future – Provide technical insights on emerging market trends, competitive landscapes, and ecosystem shifts, helping refine how Domino is positioned in the industry What we look for in this role • AI/ML & Data Expertise – You have 5+ years of experience working with data science, AI/ML, MLOps, big data, and analytics technologies. You know the ins and outs of the latest tools, trends, and techniques • Technical Marketing & Advocacy – With 5+ years in technical marketing, developer advocacy, product marketing, sales engineering, or a similar role, you know how to bridge the gap between technical innovation and business impact • Strong Communication & Storytelling – You excel at turning complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. For more information, visit www.domino.ai What we are building Solution Engineers are highly skilled technical professionals possessing an in-depth understanding of Kubernetes, Linux, and Cloud systems. Their expertise extends to the Domino platform, which they leverage to guide and optimize the AI strategies of their customers. These engineers take a holistic approach to their work, recognizing that successful AI implementation goes beyond technical proficiency. They focus on people and processes, collaborating closely with customers to design and implement solutions that align with their unique business needs. This involves a wide range of activities, including the implementation, enhancement, integration, and optimization of Domino deployments. By taking a customer-centric approach and focusing on delivering tangible business value, Solution Engineers play a critical role in ensuring the success of every customer engagement. They are not simply technical implementers, but rather, they are trusted advisors and value creators who help customers navigate the complexities of the AI landscape and achieve their business objectives. What your impact will be • Build custom solutions for customers that integrate with Domino to enhance the customer experience. The solutions built should be well documented, tested, and the rest of the PS team should be enabled on the solution. • Collaborate with the larger Domino team to ensure that the customer's voice is being heard with regards to feature or bug prioritization as well as feedback on the platform • Create reproducible artifacts that address recurring client needs, enhancing efficiency and consistency in our delivery process. These artifacts should follow best practices, be tested in various scenarios, and have thorough documentation. • Achieve mastery in at least two specific Domino components, such as Keycloak integration, DMM, DataSources, or Environment builds. This expertise should be demonstrated through successful project implementations, the creation of detailed guides, and readiness to provide consultation to both the team and customers. Aim to become the recognized "go-to" expert in these components within the organization. • Dedicate time to consistently upgrade skills and knowledge. This includes training in areas such Cloud platforms, Kubernetes and Data Science. The newly acquired skills should not remain theoretical; they should be actively incorporated into client solutions, showcasing the ability to leverage knowledge for project outcomes. • Regularly solicit feedback from customers regarding the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of solutions delivered. Use this feedback not only as a metric of personal success but also as a means to identify areas of improvement, ensuring that the solutions provided align perfectly with client needs and expectations. • Lead customer training sessions on Domino platform. Ensure clarity and simplicity when explaining complex ideas, aiming for easy understanding regardless of the audience's tech background. Measure success through improved customer proficiency and positive feedback post-training. What we look for in this role • Security Clearance: This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required), with the ability to obtain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance and program access (post start). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active. • 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles, with a proven track record of delivering results. • At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing consulting or solution engineering role. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Hands-on experience working with and troubleshooting distributed computing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or Dask. • Strong DevOps expertise, including experience building, managing, and debugging Kubernetes clusters in production environments. • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as familiarity with their managed Kubernetes offerings (EKS, AKS, GKE). • Solid troubleshooting skills — you’re the person people turn to when things go sideways. • Programming experience, ideally in Python or R, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
