Coordinate and implement HSEQ programs, conduct audits and inspections, investigate incidents, provide training, liaise with regulatory bodies, and promote safety culture. | Minimum 3 years experience in HSEQ coordination in oil and gas or subsea industry, strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, incident investigation experience, excellent communication skills, and relevant certifications. | DOF Subsea is a leading provider of subsea services in all the major oil and gas production regions around the world. As an HSEQ Coordinator at DOF, you will play a critical role in ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained across our projects and operations. You will work closely with project teams and management to implement and monitor HSEQ policies, promote a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and implement HSEQ programs and initiatives across multiple projects. - You will conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. - You will investigate incidents and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions. - You will provide HSEQ training and support to staff and contractors. - You will liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all operations meet legal and company standards. - You will assist in the development and continuous improvement of HSEQ policies and procedures. - You will monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics to senior management. - You will promote a proactive safety culture through communication and engagement with all levels of the organization. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in HSEQ coordination or a similar role within the oil and gas or subsea industry. - Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices. - Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. - Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports. - Relevant HSEQ certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working offshore or in subsea environments. - Familiarity with ROV operations and offshore construction activities. - Additional certifications in environmental management or quality assurance. - Proficiency in HSEQ management software and tools.
