Located near Hartford, CT our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this industry leader. The Division Sales Manager will be a very visible position, responsible for leading sales teams and achieving goals across the US & Canada. Additional Responsibilities: • Create maintenance strategies with customers to promote additional services, • driving repair opportunities • Travel to customer sites to identify issues and provide support, creating sales • Cultivate sales and customer relationships with key customers • Supervise and create annual budgets for Account and Regional Managers, driving • KPI’s across all sites The Ideal Candidate will have: • AS or BS Degree required • Experience in reliability work, project management, field service work or machine design for manufacturing • Aerospace and MRO experience required • Managerial experience in a manufacturing work environment and knowledge of ERP systems • Ability to travel 50% of the time If interested, please apply and/or submit your resume directly to jpierson@dizariosearch.com.
