Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered Description: Client is looking for a Strategic Procurement Analyst to facilitate the Third-Party Risk Management and Contracting processes. The person selected for this role will serve as a key partner across all categories of Indirect spend and facilitate risk assessment and contracting processes globally. Amit at (224) 507-1290 Job Title: Senior SAP Project Manager (H4S4 and BIB) Location: Remote Duration: 11 Months Job Description: • DivIHN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. PM SAP Project Manager. The candidate will report to the Director of Project Ownership, CoE and will own and manage a client-based upgrade project mov-ing to H4 S4 SAP and a new installation of SAP BIB. • Activity will involve traditional PM roles in planning, coordination, and delivery of the upgrade project with the collaboration of a project team of technical SAP resources and client teams. • A senior program manager is expected to have more experience than other project roles and may man-age a single, large initiative or multiple smaller projects at once with minimal oversight. Strong atten-tion to project planning and tracking task details, expert milestone and activity tracking, and advanced stakeholder and leader communications skills are critical. Strong client management skills and at-tention to communication and deliverable quality are also required. • The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong professional communication skills, strong attention to MS Office project plans and RAID logs, SAP H4S4-BIB knowledge, and a capability to own delivery efforts. The candidate must be able to prepare and present project content to both hands-on technical teams and VP/C-Level executives. The ideal candidate will have strong background knowledge in SAP upgrades and H4S4 HR and SuccessFactors related functional content. The ideal candidate would approach work in a team-focused, collaborative way and be capable of demonstrating trust and transparency. The role is generally remote with minimal travel needs if any. DivIHN is in Hoffman Estates, IL. The client is within southeastern US. Key Responsibilities and Roles Project Management: Manage resources, schedules, and RAID logs. Demonstrate active pro-ject plan usage and leverage that plan to assign tasks and ensure team members are clear on actions and delivery dates. Schedule and lead team, stakeholder, and executive level meetings with appropriate presentation deliverables. Track and report project performance against prede-fined metrics, taking corrective actions if necessary to ensure the project is up to date and project documentation is accurately recorded. Planning: Clarify and secure project scope. Forecast project timelines, resource needs, and projected costs. Review project plans to aid other project managers, task assignments, and cli-ent status reporting. Refine project processes and help coach others on PM best practices. Problem-solving: Monitor progress, set deadlines, solve issues, and manage shifting priorities. Analyze and present multiple solutions along with project positive recommendations. Risk management: Identify, assess, document, and control threats to the project. Actively manage risk and issue logs and help drive closure on any related mitigation actions. Process improvement: Contribute to initiatives that improve project delivery on specific prob-lems and the broader Program Management CoE. Work closely with the PMCoE Director to fur-ther project management expertise within the company and help standardize project processes and reporting. Business and Technology: Learn and be able to field questions on project related business pro-cesses and SAP S4 and H4 technology aspects alongside the assigned technical resources. Background as a technologist within a PM role is strongly preferred. Collaboration and Communication: Actively and openly collaborate with project team, internal stakeholders, client project team, and client executives/stakeholders. Provide polished written deliverables to each audience with messaging tuned for the purpose of the communication and for the audience of the document. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, project management, or related field is required. Strong professional communication skills are required. Proven experience (minimum of 6 years) in diverse IT project management roles is required. Experience as an IT PM within SAP upgrades is required. Strong background in a broad range of technologies is required especially in these areas (SAP S4, H4S4, BIBS and SAP upgrade delivery) Strong hands-on understanding of project management methodologies such as risk mitigation, milestone management, and with the ability to tailor methodologies to specific project needs is required. Strong background in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors if highly preferred. PMP, ScrumMaster certification or comparable is highly preferred.
