We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Systems Analyst to work in Dahlgren VA. Key Responsibilities Apply the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), and related techniques, using IBM System Architect tools to provide a centralized enterprise repository to manage RDT&E business and systems documentation. Create and maintain an "As-Is" baseline description of RDT&E Labs and infrastructure that complies with DoDAF. Provide input to technology roadmaps, apply Technology Integration and Assessment Capability (TIAC) Standards to identify Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and Integration Readiness Levels (IRLs) in order to calculate Systems Readiness Levels (SRLs). Perform research and make architecture recommendations for hardware, software and design of systems and domains. Provide cloud system and information architecture design support. Required Qualifications • Active Secret Clearance. • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field. • IAT Level III certified. • Six (6) years of professional work and leadership experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support. • Experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM's System Architect. Physical and Mental Qualifications: • Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours. • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard) • Able to lift up to 15 pounds. • Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language • Execute tasks independently and work as a team. • Learns and memories routine tasks. • Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills • Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
