Supporting project management tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with system training and support. | Experience in project coordination, good organizational skills, and basic computer skills; no specific IT or software development experience required. | Supports Manager and Sr Manager with all aspects of M&R projects and initiatives, including potential acquisitions. Provide day-to-day support of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project success in accordance with defined M&R strategies and goals. Spearhead M&R system training program internally and externally. Duties And Responsibilities • Define and analyze requirements, scope and objectives for software development enhancements • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings • Maintain project documentation and follow up on important actions and timelines • Assess project risks and provide solutions where applicable • Perform and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with business needs • Prepare and send communications internally and externally • Assist with onboarding new manual and EDI vendors • Prepare software training documentation, recorded training videos, and perform live training both internally and externally • Assist with supporting all M&R systems. Research escalated user issues or enhancement requests and open tickets with appropriate support channels, following through until resolution. • Be the point-of-contact for all user issues and enhancement requests • Assist with managing enhancement and defect lists for all M&R systems (internal and 3rd party), driving items to completion. Hold periodic check-in meetings. • Act as liaison between corporate teams, field, IT, 3rd party vendors and stakeholders Qualifications • College degree preferred but not required or comparable work/military experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Ability to track project deliverables and milestones • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Power Point, Asana) • Intermediate Microsoft Excel abilities required • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior work in either IT, projects or as a Business Analyst preferred • Salesforce experience is preferred • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred • Residing in the Charlotte, NC area • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Benefits We understand that your role at DCLI is only part of who you are. This position will be able to communicate with all levels of internal and external organizations and will have a comprehensive understanding of road service, truck repair, and sales processes. Duties And Responsibilities • Create new sales leads, negotiate contracts, manage, and develop relationships with trucking customers to meet revenue and profitability objectives. • Identify, quantify, and pursue new revenue opportunities beyond existing relationships and use agreements. • Generate a deep understanding of the customers business, enabling the employee to be the “voice of the customer” and identify new ways in which the company can drive value. • Arrange, facilitate, and present at customer meetings. • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Legal and Billing to address customer concerns and provide customized sales proposals. • Work within Salesforce to create account profiles, track opportunities, and ensure all customer related content remains current. • Attend various industry events, interacting with the entire customer base to promote the company vision • Provide well-informed advice and information that is valuable for internal strategic planning, but also the broader road service community. • Share up to date market intelligence to the Commercial organization as well as other internal stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to drive productivity, operational synergies, and technological improvements that can benefit both our customers and the company.
