The role combines technical knowledge, project management, and customer service, requiring someone who can earn homeowner trust and deliver projects that meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Visit client homes to assess project scope, evaluate roofing conditions, and provide tailored recommendations. Review plans, specifications, and homeowner requests to develop accurate, transparent estimates. Conduct thorough site surveys and prepare time, cost, and labor assessments. Develop professional proposals and present them clearly to homeowners, providing options and guidance where appropriate. Secure client approvals, negotiate terms, and oversee the full project lifecycle. Manage project schedules, budgets, and crews to ensure timely, high-quality completion. Serve as the homeowners main point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Apply in-depth knowledge of residential roofing materials, products, and best practices to advise homeowners and ensure long-lasting results. Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project progress for accountability and transparency. Foster strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
