Job Description: The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace. The Project Manager is a member of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for facilitating the production and delivery of marketing campaigns and materials for Dimensional’s global brand. These materials include print collateral, digital deliverables, and other specialty items. The role investigates the scope of the project, creates and maintains schedules, and routes jobs through the lifecycle of a creative project including editorial development, design, production, quality control, legal/compliance sign off, and distribution. The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently with large groups of stakeholders, gaining consensus and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment, and to use sound judgment with an eye to the broader communication needs for the business. In addition, the Project Manager works to assess existing processes, implement improvements, create and maintain process documentation and training, and report on workflow analytics. Responsibilities: • Coordinates intake, scope, prioritization, routing, and publishing of projects to meet all established deadlines. • Creates schedules and assigns projects to internal team of presentation specialists, designers, production artists, and editors. • Displays exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork. • Works on multiple assignments with competing deadlines across our global offices. • Manages global projects with stakeholders and key members of the Canada, APAC, and EMEA business teams. • Analyzes requests and understands total asks before engaging the appropriate department resources, ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the success of event support. • Routes projects through the project lifecycle while completing stakeholder signoffs, Legal and Compliance approvals, and tracks necessary quality control revisions. • Understands the duties and strengths of fellow teammates. Ensure resources are aligned and everyone is working toward a common objective. • Maintains regular communication with Marketing teams and internal clients for early detection of issues. Use metrics wisely to help identify project areas that might need attention. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to develop user stories, estimates, and work plans. Work with minimal supervision and advise business clients and IT management of technology capabilities and recommend strategies to maximize the benefits of new technologies. Identify, design, and implement changes to data pipelines at various stages including data ingestion, data validation, and quality control, data integration, storage, management, and data delivery. Write unit/integration tests, contribute to engineering wiki, and write detailed documentation Build high-performance and scalable data-transfer toolsets which reliably transfer datasets between endpoints within established SLA's. Focus on data consistency, refresh rates and caching requirements while keeping the data current across a variety of interfaces. Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and develop supportable solutions. Participate in code and design reviews. Provide technical troubleshooting and support for production systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 4-5 years of programming experience in Python (open source) or equivalent. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services. 4-5 years of SQL experience. Proven track record of leveraging SOLID principles and Domain Driven Design to drive successful outcomes. Experience in high performance and high availability data applications including expertise in performance optimization and tuning. Experience with automated acceptance testing and ability to write unit-tested, maintainable code. Strong understanding of cyber security risks and demonstrated ability to design and build highly secure applications. Experience working in a dynamic and interactive team environment to build world-class software implementations. Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service. Experience working with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies with a software development and integration focus.
