This is a great role for a passionate Manager looking for the autonomy to help grow the business with a solution-oriented and analytical approach. The Senior Manager, Sales Development is responsible for leading and directly managing our Sales Development team. This is the perfect role for an ambitious Manager who is excited by the prospect of providing hands on leadership to the team, whilst balancing the achievement of team targets within region by providing guidance, coaching and expertise on effective lead qualification methodologies. Key Responsibilities Own the team quota and drive predictable attainment through clear targets, weekly operating rhythm, and rapid course correction. Lead and manage a team of SDRs/BDRs/TLs to deliver consistent, predictable performance to defined targets. Be accountable for hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of SDRs and TLs, including certification, call coaching, and career progression. Provide active participation and leadership in internal meetings, identifying and driving process improvements and stronger market execution. Communicate business status effectively during forecast calls, covering pipeline health, conversion trends, risks, and mitigation plans. Achieve a minimum of 80% of monthly goals, with clear variance analysis and action plans to recover gaps. The Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) will own the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Diligent’s Third-Party Risk Management portfolio. This role reports to senior product marketing leadership within the Compliance Business Unit and serves as the primary subject-matter expert for TPRM across the company. The Director will define the market narrative, lead GTM strategy and launches, enable sales and customer-facing teams, and provide domain-driven insights to influence product strategy. Deep expertise in compliance and third-party risk management is essential to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Leadership: Define and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for Third-Party Risk Management solutions, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success. Positioning & Messaging: Own market positioning and messaging grounded in third-party risk and compliance domain expertise; ensure consistency across all customer and internal touchpoints. Key Responsibilities • Seamless project management through all phases of the customer relationship, including managing the users of Diligent’s applications; the Board Directors and Corporate Executives. • Remain in constant contact with the customer to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs, including identifying expansion of use of Diligent’s products and services to then be passed to the Expansion Sales team. • Provide an excellent customer experience for all accounts, by anticipating and resolving customer issues and maintaining customer accounts/systems in a manner that exceeds customer expectations. • Coordinate with technical personnel as needed to meet customer needs, while managing customer expectations to prevent overload or missed deadlines. • Provide customer feedback on solutions in order to assist in continuous improvement of the Diligent products • Ability to successfully manage multiple clients and products in an organized and meticulous manner • Ability to step in and assist with Director, Customer Success responsibilities when needed to assist the team and to report up to the management • Act as liaison between multiple internal teams (services, sales operations, marketing, and sales) • Assist in coaching, mentoring, and talent development of the broader Customer Success team.
