The Associate Field Service Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel, coordinating customer appointments and monitoring technical status to ensure timely service. Serves as the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel and as a liaison between or among customers, Field Operations and internal business groups. Coordinates and monitors customer appointments to ensure timely and excellent customer experience. Monitors technical status to manage arrival times and shift completion. Monitors job pools and schedules, identifying unfilled time slots, overbooking, inefficiencies, cancellations and other situations including effective route control, appointment arrangements with customers / providers, Spare parts management, debriefing quality analysis and documentation. Dispatching of all assigned work within the assigned territory to field service technicians and third parties. Ensure SLAs and balance workload between applicable resources and considering e.g. skills and spare parts availability in a most cost effective and efficient manner. Takes action to assign or reassign work to meet customer commitments.

Coordinate and assist with project management tasks including planning, budgeting, scheduling, team facilitation, risk management, and documentation under guidance. | Entry-level project management experience (0-2 years), diploma or equivalent, good business English, hybrid work capability, bilingual Spanish preferred. | Job Description Expect more. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs. Responsibilities • Develops & applies practical understanding of client requirements and project management concepts, practices and methodologies. • Coordinates project activities / tasks. • With guidance, performs standard Project Management Specialist duties, including: Initial scoping and planning, Cost estimation and budgeting, Scheduling, Team member selection and facilitation, Risk management, Documentation, including preparation of communication and presentation packages, and Post-project evaluation. • Learns and applies the company's Project Management policies and guidelines. • Assists with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications • Diploma or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Client Project and Program Management. • Good business English skills (Written and spoken). • Work in a hybrid capacity • Bilingual Spanish is preferred About Us Why should you join Diebold Nixdorf?
