REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with significant time in tech companies (e.g., app development, marketplaces, or digital platforms). Proven track record in strategic finance or FP&A at high-growth tech startups or scale-ups; SaaS experience is strongly preferred. Experience with AI technologies or AI-enabled products is highly desirable. Background in consumer-facing tech or marketplace businesses a plus; pet care industry knowledge is advantageous but not required. Skills: Expert-level financial modeling, forecasting (including balance sheet and cash flow), and variance analysis in dynamic tech environments.
