You will partner closely with Design Leads, Product Managers, Developers, and UX Researchers to create high-quality UX deliverables and design of digital products/experiences that help our clients accomplish their most challenging goals. Would you like to… • Actively collaborate with Design Leads, Product Managers, User Researchers, QA Specialists, Content Strategists, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, needs, and constraints. • Collaborate with Data Sciences and User Researchers to provide insights to the broader product development team. You’ll work with the Design Lead to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and create new concepts that you’ll bring to life. • Use strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of human-centered design process in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation and definition, UX design, and user research, detailed design, and optimization. • Solve problems using Design Thinking and available UX Methodologies. Be passionate about pushing beyond the status quo. • Be comfortable working alone or with other designers and stakeholders, while balancing user needs, technology constraints, brand values and product KPIs. • Create high quality UX deliverables/assets based on user goals and priorities, including annotated wireframes, storyboards, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready final assets. • Leverage and be a champion of the design system and style guide to support a holistic and consistent experience. • Use data to inform design decisions and identify opportunities to test your assumptions. We would like you to have… • 1- 3 years designing amazing mobile products/experiences in an agile development environment. • Experience working with design systems and style guides. • A portfolio of design work that showcases modern design work that excites you and demonstrates your ability to design mobile-first digital products/experiences. • Knowledge of Figma and other design tools for generating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, as well as JIRA for partnering with developers, and an understanding of current web technology capabilities and cross-device considerations. • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or equivalent project/portfolio experience. • A design thinking mindset and comprehension of human-centered design principles. • An ability to break down complex problems/tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, inclusive experiences that are user-centric and data-driven. • Experience crafting digital products/experiences through a deep understanding of user research, interaction design and prototyping. • An ability to work in an agile development environment with cross-functional partners. • An ability to advocate for the design process while balancing product requirements and technical capabilities. This world-class social team operates 100+ social media channels and 20+ marketing blogs designed for developers, IT decision makers, IT professionals, game developers, small/medium businesses, and business decision makers. Each month, we publish over 2,600 social posts to help, inform, entertain, and engage community members across the globe. Azure, M365, Teams, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server are just a few examples of the 170 innovative products and services that comprise the Cloud Marketing Blog and Social ecosystem. The Social Listening Sr Analyst is responsible to develop and implement social listening strategies for our Community Management workstream by providing actionable insights and strategic expertise to empower and inform our client’s marketing and business decisions. What you’ll do: Strategy: • Develop and execute a comprehensive social listening strategy aligned with the company's (Microsoft Cloud) marketing and business objectives. • Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and goals to measure the effectiveness and impact of social listening initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and key business decision makers within Cloud to align social listening efforts with overall business strategies. Social Media Monitoring & Analyses: • Oversee the utilization of Sprinklr Modern Marketing, Research and Engagement Modules to monitor and analyze conversations across various social media platforms. • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media data, identifying trends, sentiment, and consumer insights relevant to Cloud brand, industry, competitors, and target audience. • Provide regular reports and executive summaries on social media performance, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights. Consumer Insights and Competitive Analysis: • Utilize social listening data to generate actionable consumer insights and inform marketing strategies, product feedback, and customer experience enhancements. • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking Cloud’s performance against industry competitors in terms of social media presence, sentiment, and consumer engagement. • Identify emerging market trends, industry developments, and consumer behavior patterns to inform strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their social listening needs and provide strategic support. • Effectively communicate complex data and insights to senior management, presenting recommendations and actionable strategies. • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on social listening analytics and insights.
