Operations Coordinator – Full Time Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Pay: $20–$23 per hour Work Environment: Primarily outdoors, walking and coordinating vehicle movement Dent Wizard is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary link between the dealership and our reconditioning team. In this role, you’ll ensure retail customer vehicles are completed on time and that new and used vehicle reconditioning work is routed efficiently through our shop. Primary Responsibilities Log and track all workflow in priority order for shop employees; communicate any issues to the dealer. Manage vehicle positioning and transportation between the dealership and the shop. Coordinate repair activities with the dealership. Handle all billing and invoicing accurately and promptly. Interact with dealership customers as needed. Follow company procedures and policies at all times. Provide feedback to management regarding issues or solutions. Complete administrative tasks, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers. Schedule appointments between customers and technicians. Conduct quality control inspections.
