Provide high-level administrative support including calendar and meeting logistics, document preparation, and office operations management. | Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of executive administrative support experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms. | DNI is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to support the Communication & Program Strategy Accountability Offices. This role is essential in managing executive functions through high-level administrative support, effective coordination, and clear communication. You will handle complex schedules, coordinate critical meetings, prepare key documents, and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person events. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Oversee and manage leadership calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and resolving conflicts efficiently. Meeting Coordination and Support: Schedule and prepare for meetings, managing all logistics, including virtual support and technical setup. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, review, and distribute essential documents and updates, maintaining organized and accessible electronic files. Logistics and Technical Support: Coordinate logistics for travel and meetings, ensuring materials and documents are properly managed and archived. Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies, distribution lists, and executive communications, ensuring smooth daily operations. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary communication link for the executive team, facilitating accurate and timely information exchange. Process Improvement: Develop and refine SOPs, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance administrative efficiency. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive administrative support, office management, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and ZOOM. Familiarity with document management systems like SharePoint. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional correspondence. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions, particularly in high-pressure situations. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with leadership and team members. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Experience: Experience supporting executive leadership in a public health or government setting, including coordinating high-level meetings, managing communications, and overseeing logistics is highly desirable. Provide hardware and OS technical support, manage RedHat and Solaris servers, monitor system security, respond to help desk requests, and administer cybersecurity processes. | 2+ years RedHat administration, associate degree in IT or related field, VMware experience, advanced security knowledge, CompTIA Security+ certification, Secret Clearance, with preferred RedHat certification and Solaris knowledge. | DNI provides information systems development and production services necessary to support the Air Force Sustainment at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex/ Plans and Programs Directorate (OC-ALX/SC) requirements. We support existing and future hosted customer, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software applications and the hardware and infrastructure including dependent data systems and remotely hosted applications. The systems being supported are in the development, test, production, and sustainment environments. DNI is responsible for designing, developing and prototyping enhancements to existing information systems for their operational environment; modifying source code and associated documentation; providing hardware and software support, sustainment, and system integration/consolidation; and providing hardware and software identifications, installation, tuning and maintenance. This is accomplished for both legacy and ALC unique data systems hosted at Tinker AFB. DNI provides technical evaluations of new technologies, downward directed programs, and TAFB unique requirements and makes recommendations to the Government as to the feasibility of implementation into the existing application server environment. DNI administers, monitors, prepares and maintains all application and functional servers under the purview of OC-ALC/SC in accordance with published policies and/or AF/DoD mandates and guidelines. This involves hardware and software configuration management, server administration, data backup and recovery, creation and maintenance of contingency plans, equipment monitoring, equipment maintenance, documentation and management of OS software, COTS, customer software and other IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for both hardware and operating systems issues • Manage the configuration and operation of RedHat and Solaris servers • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns • Respond to and resolve help desk requests via Remedy • Configure, upgrade or patch operating systems as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection, malware protection software and other processes • Running SCAP Scans, applying STIGs and other cybersecurity methodologies • Upgrade, troubleshoot and replace components in servers class systems Qualifications & Skills: • 2+ years’ experience in RedHat system administration • Associate or higher degree from accredited college with major in IT, engineering, science or mathematics • Experience with creating, troubleshooting and maintaining virtual machines with VMware • Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues • Current CompTIA Security+ Certification • Secret Clearance Preferred Skills: • Current RedHat Certified System Administrator • Knowledge of Solaris OS • Working knowledge configuring and using Ansible and Satellite A competitive benefits package to include health insurance, PTO and federal holidays, etc.
