Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000/annually Essential job functions: Execute strategy and programs to enhance SimpleTire sourcing and to position the company to achieve volume and profitability goals with assigned group of sourcing partners Develop high and wide productive business relationships with sourcing partners to uncover new business opportunities that drive growth. Identify, propose and structure creative solutions for SimpleTire and our sourcing partners by working in collaboration with internal and external cross functional deal teams (ex. Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance). Ability to research, conceptualize, design and manage programs regarding alternative strategies and operating models that demonstrate a positive ROI. Facilitate and/or Negotiate, author and manage contracts as well as navigate issues with sourcing partners using a Win/Win solutions approach. Interact cross-functionally to identify internal stakeholder needs and programs to present to the sourcing network for funding. Collaborate with finance to collect all negotiated items with sourcing partners. Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis on programs and develop recommendations based on data and experience. Work with sourcing partners to develop and implement content and to leverage their resources to supply SimpleTire with promotional opportunities (reviews, events, etc.).
