About our Operations Platforms team Our team builds the systems that power Data Operations—driving scale, improving quality, reducing cost, and creating a better experience for our global network of contributors and customers. About this role As a Technical Program Manager for the Operations Platform team, you will drive major cross-functional efforts that cross Operations, Product, Engineering, and Research. You’ll need strong, extreme organization, an operator’s mindset, and technical depth. In this role, you will: Own delivery of complex, multi-team technical and operational programs across our “data factory.” Drive deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of internal tools and platforms. Run the operating cadence, surfacing risks early and clearing blockers faster. Translate technical details into crisp, executive-ready communication. Align product, engineering, operations, and external partners on priorities that unblock bottlenecks and build scalable, system-level solutions. Your background: 3+ years in program or product management, consulting, or similar experience. Technical foundation in CS, Engineering, or similar. High-execution operator: organized, detail-oriented, and uncompromising on quality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; SQL required. Systems thinker who can spot leverage points and design for scale and durability. Strong product intuition; able to work with engineers and researchers to get to the correct answer. Collaborative and low-ego; willing to roll up your sleeves. Bonus points if you have Experience in data and ML. About this role David AI is hiring a Deployment Strategist to serve as a trusted partner to customers on their most critical audio AI initiatives, shaping strategy and guiding them on their approach to audio training. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities, define priorities, and design solutions that enable David AI to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes to our customers. In this role, you will Lead our customer journeys end-to-end, from ideation to launch. Build and foster strong customer connections and consultative relationships across multiple business units and levels within customer organizations. Translate customer objectives and collaborate with our research and engineering teams to build actionable strategies that guide long-term success. Uncover new opportunities within accounts by identifying where David AI’s data and research insights can add value. Develop and execute strategic account plans that build stakeholder alignment, guide customers through their decision and review process, and advance opportunities with mutual close plans. Your background looks like 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., deployment strategy, consulting, product or program management, founder, etc.), ideally at a fast-growing startup or technology company. Familiarity with the AI training lifecycle and have strong technical intuition for what makes high-quality training data for advanced AI systems. Skill in designing and executing building strategies to effectively capture, grow, and retain revenue. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication. Proven project management expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability. Our mission is to bring strategy, clarity, rigor, and accountability to every major decision - ensuring David AI scales with both ambition and discipline. About this role David AI is hiring its first Head of Finance to build and lead the finance function from the ground up. This person will be both operator and strategist, owning the numbers day-to-day while serving as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team. The role combines operational finance (cash management, close quality, payroll, vendors, expenses) with strategic finance (planning, forecasting, fundraising, capital allocation). The Head of Finance will enforce budget discipline, quarterback future fundraising processes, and provide the financial insight that drives decisions across Operations, GTM, and Engineering. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to build the financial foundation of a hyper-growth company. In this role, you will Be a strategic leader in the business by driving business decisions across Operations, GTM, and Engineering through financial analysis and guidance. Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and support business decisions across a variety of areas (e.g., pricing, business expansion, capacity planning, and capital efficiency). Experience building and managing a finance team, while also rolling up your sleeves on payroll, expenses, invoicing, and board preparation. Direct ownership of a large and complex P&L, with accountability for driving business performance. Hands-on experience managing financial audits, implementing controls, and improving close quality; comfortable bringing accounting in-house or overseeing accounting functions. In this role, you will Lead contributor acquisition strategies across multiple channels: run A/B tests, iterate based on user feedback, and create repeatable playbooks that scale what works.
