About the Role You will lead the transformation of Databricks' sales operations as we expand our global salesforce by a factor of two over the next several years. Your job is to transform today's manual, high-touch processes into automated systems - so account splits, territory changes, and tool provisioning occur seamlessly without sellers having to chase anyone down. You'll own the sales ops roadmap end-to-end and manage a distributed team of contractors and employees across the U.S., Costa Rica, and India, supporting thousands of sellers. You report to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Operations and partner closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and HR leadership. We're open to candidates from non-traditional backgrounds.
