Job Description Summary:This individual will lead the Infinia build and release engineering for the Infinia product line and be responsible for the full release life cycle from planning, coordinating with component owners to release and post release support. Who We Are Looking For:The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of tools and technologies that enhance the release workflow (for example: the ability to build live confluence pages that maintain the state of the product). Additionally, the candidate will know how to automatically generate the tables/pages/artifacts that reflect the state of the releases being cut and the workflow actions that generate summations. Furthermore, the candidate will be an expert with utilizing Git, Jira, test case management frameworks, risk management, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous process improvement. This individual will need to be adept at managing, leading, and growing the individual contributors of their organization.Requirements:-12+ Years of Professional Experience with 5+ Years of Management Experience-Experience with Build and Release Engineering-Experience with tools and technologies that enhance the release workflow-Experience with Git, Jira, or similar tooling-Experience generating tables, pages, or artifacts that reflect the state of the releases. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. If you clear the interview, you will enter the main process, which can consist of up to four interviews in total: Coding assessment: Often in a language of your choice. Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service (depending on role). Real-time problem-solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session. Meet and greet with the wider team. Our goal is to finish the main process in 2-3 weeks at most.
