This role typically reports to a supervisor or manager and serves as a technical leader, guiding junior staff and handling complex electrical challenges in industrial and commercial environments. Responsibilities • Support field electrical maintenance work across lighting, HVAC, and motor systems. • Perform electrical isolation procedures (LOTO) to ensure safety during maintenance operations. • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to lower-level staff. • Guide junior staff in resolving complex electrical problems. • Assemble, test, and modify experimental and operational electrical machinery, control equipment, circuitry, and components per engineering specifications. • Diagnose malfunctions and perform preventive/corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability. • Record data, analyze performance, and recommend modifications or equipment replacement. Qualifications • Relevant experience in a closely related electrical maintenance role. • Certification in electrical disciplines or equivalent professional experience. • Strong communication skills to clearly describe field conditions and recommend remediation steps. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams without direct authority. • Adaptability to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting. • Electrical HV Power Transmission and Distribution • Electrical Dispatch Operations • SCADA platforms (Ignition, Wonderware, GE HMI, etc.) • SeeQ Analytics Software functional knowledge • Aspentech - Monarch and ABB Xenon SCADA software experience • Instrumentation Controls & Electrical expertise • Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (hair follicle), AMVR, agility and fit for duty. This role focuses on executing commercial strategies through quotation processes, managing purchase orders, and supporting invoice troubleshooting across PVFF/MRO, Sand, Chemicals, and Rotating Equipment categories. The Buyer will collaborate closely with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing activities. Responsibilities: • Request and validate vendor setup in procurement/accounting systems • Form, issue, and administer purchase orders and change orders ($10k–$100k+) • Facilitate and analyze vendor quotations for multiple business units • Assist in resolving accounts payable issues tied to purchase orders • Conduct simple commercial negotiations, including terms and conditions (with legal support as needed) • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards • Support sourcing strategies and contribute to continuous process improvement Qualifications: • 1–5 years of Oil and Gas procurement or supply chain experience, including contract drafting, materials management, and negotiation • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle/SAP, OpenInvoice, and PowerBI • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay process • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Customer-service mindset with effective stakeholder management skills • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision • Willingness to work overtime or on-call if required • Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including backgroung check and drug test.
