This role focuses on ensuring accurate demand data entry into ERP systems, facilitating inventory build requirements, and managing transitions between product phase-outs and phase-ins. You will play a critical role in aligning supply and production planning teams with accurate forecasts and requirements. Job Description • As a Demand Phase-In Phase-Out Analyst Analyst, you will: Collect, validate, and consolidate data requirements to prepare and submit inventory build requests to regional PIPO leads. • Follow up on inventory build requests with cross-regional country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution. • Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for leadership and senior management. • Support data tool analytics and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. • OR High School Diploma/GED with three (3) years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany. • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany. • Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions. • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Preferred: • Experience in project management. • Combined experience in supply chain and related assignments that enhance cross-functional awareness. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with WSO2 and Kintana/HP PPM deployment tools. • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Payroll, etc.). • Knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library (FND) and reporting tools (OTBI/BI-SQL). • Experience with Application Express (APEX) and Oracle Application Framework.
