Lead strategic enterprise technology and security compliance programs with governance and risk management. | Bachelor's degree, 7+ years program management experience, familiarity with security frameworks, and strong stakeholder management skills. | Job Description: • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic ETS programs • Drive governance, risk, and compliance programs across cloud infrastructure, IT systems, and security operations • Establish and maintain program management best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program status and executive-level reporting • Partner with ETS stakeholders to define program objectives and navigate ambiguity • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing program performance data Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred • 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management • Demonstrated experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or security programs at scale • Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Experience working in or alongside quantum computing, deep-tech, or similarly innovative technology organizations is a plus • Hands-on proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development • Competitive pay • Company ownership • Bonuses • Range of meaningful benefits
