The Role: Software Engineer, Staff—Kernels What you will do: The role requires you to be part of the team that helps productize the SW stack for our AI compute engine. The role: Systems Engineer, Customer Platforms As a Platform Systems Engineer on the Customer Platform Engineering team, you will lead the bring-up, integration, and validation of d-Matrix accelerator cards within server platforms. You’ll work closely with ODM/OEM partners, internal engineering teams, and customers to ensure our platforms are reliable, production-ready, and optimized for deployment in data center environments. What You will Do: Own end-to-end platform integration of d-Matrix PCIe accelerators into server systems. Debug and resolve hardware/software issues across BIOS, firmware, PCIe, and Linux OS layers. Collaborate with OEMs on platform design requirements (power, thermals, layout). Support system validation, including power-on, thermal, and stress testing. Partner with software, silicon, and customer support teams to deliver deployable systems. Document platform configurations, integration steps, and bring-up procedures. What You will Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, CE, or related field w/5+ years of hands-on experience with GPU server and rack-scale solution architecture, design and bring-up. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with ODM and OEM vendors for servers and rack-scale solutions Hands-on experience with main board designs using multiple PCIe PEX switches Hands-on experience with Mechanical Design, Thermal Design ( Fan Control and Liquid cooling ideal) , Power Design, and Compliance Hands-on experience with BMC integration Strong debugging skills across hardware, BIOS/firmware, BMC and OS levels. As a ‘Technical’ PM, you will be adept at identifying dependencies and technical risks that affect the program. As a ‘Program Manager’ you will be developing execution plans, creating milestones, and tracking progress. What You Will Do: Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Title: Software Engineering, Senior Director - Kernels What you will do: The role requires you to be part of the team that helps productize the SW stack for our AI compute engine. As part of the Software team, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of software kernels for next-generation AI hardware. You possess experience building software kernels for HW architectures. You possess a very strong understanding of various hardware architectures and how to map algorithms to the architecture. You understand how to map computational graphs generated by AI frameworks to the underlying architecture. You have had past experience working across all aspects of the full stack tool chain and understand the nuances of what it takes to optimize and trade-off various aspects of hardware-software co-design. You are able to build and scale software deliverables in a tight development window. Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and leadership. Preferred: Prior startup, small team or incubation experience. Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and.or PyTorch.
