Role and Responsibilities: • Configure and test platform modules for Accounting and Reconciliation based on client requirements • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations • Design and implement operational workflows to support middle and back-office processes • Provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle, including UAT and post-go-live stabilization Qualifications: • Expertise in investment accounting, fund operations, or back-office system implementations • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Clearwater, Eagle, SimCorp, Geneva or similar • Strong understanding of transaction processing, reconciliations, general ledger entries, corporate actions, derivatives processing, and other accounting functions • Ability to configure software to support accounting workflows, including validation and exception handling • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; experience working in a consulting or systems implementation environment preferred Benefits at a Glance: Our benefits vary slightly by location but are designed to support your health, financial wellness, and life outside of work. Role Overview: We are hiring a Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of an enterprise asset management software platform. This is a PM-first role , supported by functional specialists - not a functional consultant converting into project management. The PM owns delivery across Front Office, Investment Operations, Client Reporting, Billing, and related data migrations and integrations. What You’ll Do • Own delivery from kickoff through go-live and stabilization • Lead multi-workstream implementations across front, middle, and back office • Build and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead • Coordinate functional, technical, and client teams • Oversee UAT, defect tracking, cutover, and stabilization What We’re Looking For • ~8–12 years of formal project management experience • Proven delivery of asset management or financial services software implementations • Working knowledge of investment operations, accounting/reconciliation, reporting, and billing • Experience with data migrations, integrations, and UAT • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable in fast-moving, modern delivery environments (Agile / hybrid) Nice to Have • Consulting or software vendor implementation background • Experience working closely with accounting or investment ops teams Benefits at a Glance: Our benefits vary slightly by location but are designed to support your health, financial wellness, and life outside of work.
