Curriculum Associates is seeking an Associate Director of Product, Educator Engagement to lead execution and evolution of key digital experiences that make professional learning for educators more unified and effective. In this hands-on leadership role, you will partner with product leadership to contribute to and operationalize the vision for a connected ecosystem—helping bring digital solutions to life that support educators’ growth across online and in-person experiences. You will drive execution of the digital professional learning initiatives within the broader roadmap, enhancing the educator experience and working across teams to ensure our digital learning solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to evolving educator needs for your areas. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions that provide clear value to educators and learners. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact—building products that empower teachers to grow in their practice and bring out the best in every learner.   The impact you'll have: • Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through both qualitative and quantitative research. • Contribute to and help operationalize a cohesive product vision for the unified professional learning platform that aligns with CA’s strategic goals and evolving educator needs. • Translate strategic priorities into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes.  • Support applied innovation in personalized learning, including experimentation, leveraging data and AI to meet evolving educator needs and district priorities. • Partner in evaluating and piloting new technologies and capabilities that support and inform the vision for a connected professional learning ecosystem. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization phases. • Develop clear success metrics (KPIs) and continuously measure progress through data and user insights. • Manage the execution of the digital professional learning platform initiatives, coordinating closely with external and internal development partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of planned enhancements and features • Partner closely with Content, Design, Engineering, PL Operations, Marketing and Field Teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions. • Leverage technical understanding to partner with engineering and translate complex trade-offs into clear business strategies and informed decisions. • Guide and collaborate with peers and partners, including mentoring and/or managing product managers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. • Communicate product value and impact clearly to diverse audiences, helping drive alignment across initiatives. • Navigate moderately complex, cross-functional environments with advanced collaboration skills, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment amid ambiguity. What we're looking for: • Minimum of a BS/BA degree; STEM degree preferred. • 7-9 years of product management experience with a demonstrated record of delivering high-impact products from discovery to market launch and iteration. (EdTech experience preferred) • Experience designing digital learning experiences; familiarity with learning management and content management platforms is a strong advantage, and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies is essential. • Experience evaluating 3rd party tools, collaborating with vendors • Strong background in product strategy and execution, with a track record of delivering measurable results.  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in matrixed, global organizations with offshore team members. • Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams—including engineering, design, and operations—to deliver cohesive product outcomes. • Experience mentoring and/or managing team members fostering inclusive, high-performing culture. Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250. - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws. Benefits – Benefit eligible employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. The Senior Interactive Designer on the Platform Design Team will be responsible for helping lead the creation and evolution of our i-Ready Design System, a universal design system that serves as the foundation for CA’s digital products. As a Senior Interactive Designer on the design system, you will synthesize business needs, pedagogical requirements, and UX principles into accessible, efficient and scalable user experiences. You are a systems thinker that solves problems with holistic solutions while maintaining consistency. You’re enthusiastic about spreading knowledge about the design system and can evangelize the value proposition of adoption. The design system subscriber’s experience is your north star and you push for high quality work that does not sacrifice their needs. Associate Psychometrician  Curriculum Associates is seeking an early-career measurement professional to join our remote psychometric team as an Associate Psychometrician. We are looking for someone who is excited about solving real-world technical challenges involved in operational assessment programs as well as designing research to support innovation for the next generation of assessments. Our assessments provide valuable feedback to teachers and students and are used to place students into personalized instructional paths. The i-Ready suite of assessments includes the i-Ready Diagnostic (a large-scale, K–12 computer-adaptive assessment in Reading and Math), i-Ready Evaluación Diagnóstica de lectura en español for grades K–6, and the i-Ready Early Literacy Assessments for students in grades K–6.  In this role you will conduct operational psychometric analyses—in collaboration with more senior psychometricians—in support of products designed to help improve student outcomes in reading and mathematics. Analysis efforts will include building evidence of reliability and validity, field testing, item calibration, standard setting, and computerized adaptive testing.
