In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Manage Operations : Oversee all service operations, including service staff and supervisors, and resolve complex business problems. • Employee Development : Provide timely and constructive performance feedback, develop employees, and offer career growth opportunities. • Continuous Improvement : Lead activities to review, change, and improve processes in line with customer expectations and organizational goals. • Performance Monitoring : Regularly review key performance indicators for service operations and address issues and opportunities. • Quality Assurance : Ensure the work produced meets company standards and maintains customer satisfaction. • Trend Analysis : Identify trends and initiate necessary changes or improvements to achieve goals while ensuring uninterrupted service levels. • Customer Relationships : Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with key customers. • Goal Setting : Set goals and targets for service operations, measure performance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: • Communicates effectively - Understand the unique needs of different audiences and adapt your message accordingly.Use various modes of communication to ensure clarity and effectiveness. • Customer focus - Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs and preferences. Develop and provide customer-centric solutions that address their specific needs and enhance their experience with your services or products. • Service Capability, Capacity and Coverage - Use the Service Capability, Capacity, and Coverage process to align your services with customer expectations and business priorities.Regularly review service capability metrics to identify areas for improvement and prioritize channel development opportunities within the service network.Provide consistent service through available parts, information, tools, and qualified technicians according to published standards. • Service Documentation - Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information accurately. Use required service tools to capture specific data.Adhere to established procedures and document all necessary information in the service management system to maintain an accurate record of the work done. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: • College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required. • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. • Significant level of relevant technical experience, including supervisory experience, required. Role will oversee service operations at a high level and coach supervisory staff to do similar as they grow. Service operations knowledge required. Conflict resolution skills required.
