Manage procurement and logistics activities including order management, cost tracking, and stakeholder coordination for complex projects. | Requires 5+ years of procurement, logistics, or project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills. | About the Role We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistics Project Manager to support complex, multi-stakeholder programs by overseeing procurement activities, logistics coordination, and cost tracking. This role focuses on ensuring that purchasing, shipping, and related expenditures are effectively managed, accurately tracked, and aligned with program priorities. The ideal candidate will bring structure to fast-paced environments, improve visibility into operations, and support informed decision-making across teams. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Procurement & Order Management • Serve as key decision maker in planning and coordinating procurement and logistics requirements on behalf of government client • Manage and track procurement requests, purchase orders, and order lifecycle activities • Ensure all requests are properly documented, approved, and processed in accordance with established procedures • Maintain centralized visibility into order status, vendors, and delivery timelines • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve procurement issues and delays Cost Tracking & Financial Support • Monitor and track project-related expenditures, including procurements and associated costs • Support budget management by tracking committed and actual costs • Identify potential risks related to cost overruns or untracked expenses • Assist with financial reporting, invoice review, and reconciliation processes Logistics & Shipping Coordination • Coordinate with US Government and Embassy clients to identify best course of action for shipping and logistics of medical equipment and materials • Support Culmen and Government with arranging import and export documentation • Track shipments and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Identify and resolve logistical challenges, including delays or discrepancies • Maintain clear visibility into shipment status and delivery timelines Program Coordination & Process Management • Serve as lead project cooridnator between Corporate, Government and Project stakeholders in regards to procurement and logistics requiremetns • Establish and maintain tracking systems to ensure visibility across procurement and logistics activities • Promote consistency in processes, tools, and documentation across teams • Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and compliance requirements • Support audit readiness through organized documentation and traceability Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as a key point of contact for procurement and logistics-related inquiries • Communicate status updates, risks, and priorities to internal leadership and stakeholders • Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely data on orders and expenditures • Manage expectations and coordinate priorities across multiple teams Planning & Continuous Improvement • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability • Support forward planning by aligning procurement needs with upcoming project activities • Train and guide team members on tracking processes and best practices Required Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or project management • Experience with market research, vendor discovery and freight forwarding • Ability to make strategic decisions to support urgent and complex shipping requirements in high-risk environments • Experience managing budgets, tracking costs, or supporting financial processes • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders • Experience using project management tools, procurement platforms and financial systems • Experience with medical procurement and logistics including cold chain and hazmat international shipments Desired Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline • Ability to establish structure in dynamic environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic planning About the Company Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure the technology aligns with business goals. | Candidates should have a BS/MS in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience in a data-oriented role, with 2 years specifically in data engineering. Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and experience with Google Cloud Platform are required. | About the Role Culmen International is seeking a Data Engineer to support Culmen's Premise Data Platform. The Premise Data Platform is a global collection capability that offers end to end mobile based data. The end to end mobile based data collection includes quality control and insight delivery, powered by AI. From sentiment to geospatial to media we collect and process thousands of insights every day. The role of Data Engineer will be required to work the data collected about various data sets around the world as well as internal tools. This position will involve building data pipelines, creating data quality checks, devising data marts that house insights and trends from the data, and developing back-end systems or applications to build a robust data platform with an opportunity to integrate LLMs into data pipelines. Must have experience collaborating with diverse teams of data scientists, data analysts, operations managers, product managers, and more. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Write production-level code to implement data pipelines, applications and analytical models. Identify, design, and implement process improvements including automation. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet stakeholder business requirements. Develop an in-depth understanding and ownership of the data, defining out data quality standards and implementing automated checks that ensure standards are met. Build the infrastructure / architecture required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data. Sources using ‘big data’ technologies. Integrate AI workflows to process and/or summarize data streams. Explore RAG and Graph setup optimization. All work would be done on GCP - GCP knowledge is preferred. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to define the direction of this data product and ensure our technology is well aligned with their goals. Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve data quality, systems, processes, and standards. Perform data transformation, creation and maintenance of data pipeline architecture. Required Qualifications BS/MS in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent work experience & analytical skills. 3 years of full-time experience in a data-oriented role, with at least 2 years in data engineering. Advanced experience in Python. Experience in containers, docker, Kubernetes. Experience working with LLMs, Computer Vision and Machine Learning toolsets. Strong SQL skills and database management experience. Strong GIS experience or related BS/MS background. Advanced experience with building high efficiency data models with GIS related data.
