| CTGT is defining the future of AI Governance. Founded by visionary Stanford researchers, we are pioneering the essential fabric that unifies enterprise AI endeavors with centralized, guiding policies. Our platform uniquely separates models from guardrails, providing deep, defensible insight into model decision-making and achieving superior accuracy in real-time, negating the reliance on traditional fine-tuning. We are a hyper-growth organization, backed by Google, and trusted by Fortune 500 leaders to ensure AI alignment across safety, compliance, and performance. Our impact is recognized at the highest levels: featured alongside Jamie Dimon at J.P. Morgan’s Investor Summit, cited in Forrester’s AI Vision Report, and highlighted in the Wall Street Journal. We operate at an unprecedented velocity and demand a team capable of matching this intensity. We are seeking an exceptional team member in Operations to act as the primary force multiplier and central nervous system for the executive team. This is not a standard operations role, but a mission-critical partnership at the apex of the organization. You will be the CEO’s strategic and tactical right hand, embedded in every critical decision. This role demands an individual capable of seamlessly integrating high-level strategic initiatives with the meticulous management of the executive team’s entire professional and personal ecosystem. Your objective is to eliminate all friction and ensure the executive team's vision is executed at maximum speed. This is an immersive position for someone who thrives in a zero-fail environment where excellence is the baseline, the pace is unrelenting, and immediate responsiveness is paramount. Key Responsibilities Integrate completely with the CEO’s workflow, proactively clearing all operational, strategic, and logistical roadblocks. You must ensure the CEO’s entire environment is optimized for peak performance, enabling his focus to remain solely on the highest-leverage initiatives. Manage an intensely complex, constantly shifting global agenda. Coordinate seamless travel, high-profile GTM (Go-To-Market) events, and elite strategic engagements with zero-defect precision. Translate the executive team's directives into immediate, impactful action. Drive critical cross-functional initiatives and special projects from inception to completion with extreme ownership. Own the business infrastructure and internal environment. You will assume ownership of any task, regardless of scope, from shaping corporate strategy to ensuring the office facilitates peak performance. Act as the confidential liaison for the executive office. Represent the CEO with polish, cunning intelligence, and absolute discretion when interfacing with investors, C-suite clients, and internal leadership. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a candidate with an elite pedigree and a rare combination of raw intelligence, relentless drive, and unwavering dedication. Possesses sharp business instincts, formidable analytical capabilities, and superior situational awareness. You are strategically astute and tactically brilliant, capable of navigating complex challenges with sophistication. You have an “always-on” mentality, and thrive in high-intensity environments where dedication is non-negotiable. You operate with an unparalleled sense of urgency and understand that high-impact roles require availability aligned with mission needs, not traditional schedules. Driven by a profound ambition to operate at the highest echelons of industry. You strive for excellence and understand that proximity to power is earned through exceptional performance. Highly ambitious but prioritize the mission above all else. You take direction implicitly, are highly coachable, and execute tasks with extreme ownership, regardless of scope or profile. You understand that no task is beneath you if it serves the mission. Proven track record in an ultra-high-pressure environment (e.g., top-tier investment banking, elite management consulting, or a Chief of Staff role in a hyper-growth startup). Reputed academic credentials preferred. What We Offer Extremely competitive compensation package (salary and generous equity). Unparalleled access and direct mentorship from a team at the forefront of AI. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. Fully catered meals, premium wellness perks, and all necessary resources to support a high-performance lifestyle dedicated to our mission.
